Captain Justin hall did a awesome job making he experience great for me and my girlfriend. Keep us on fish and getting bites, and landed some nice fish even tho the bite was hard to catch.

We took a 4 hour morning charter with Maximus. Captain Justin and Rob were wonderful! We caught 5-6 fish, with 3 keepers! 2 King and a Cobia. It was our first deep sea fishing experience and was full of laughs and success! The captains were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I recommend this trip to anyone!

Captain found fish but he insulted my son, called him names and also insulted everyone one on the trip. If your looking for a good time I would not recommend. Caught fish but our party had a unpleasant experience and would rather catch nothing then spend 10 hours with a rude, disrespectful and mean Captain who shouldnโt be a Captain.
I get that you are from California and everything is rainbows and unicorns out there. But if you want to go big fishing on a 10 hr trip in FL as you did you have to crank. You upgraded from an 8 hr to 10 hr because you said you wanted big fish. Chris wasnโt trying to insult your kid and make fun of you all day. However if you want to land a big grouper we do have to stay on you to make sure you reel. If you donโt, they get eaten by sharks over and over and those groupers are gone forever. You donโt leave it behind for the next guy to catch and breed, it just gets eaten by a shark. We donโt have a ton of groupers here and we donโt like to waste them to sharks. It may come off harsh but we arenโt yelling at you as much as we are speaking to you with urgency as it is 100% needed to get them up. We canโt just hand out gold stars for efforts, you gotta crank if you want the big fish. If you were offended, we apologize but thatโs just big fish fishing here in the Gulf. If you want to go small fishing you can be relaxed and take your time. If it gets eaten and it will, no biggie thereโs a ton more down there. But thatโs not the case when we run 70 miles to put you on big groupers, snappers and amberjacks. We have a major shark problem these days everywhere in FL both Gulf and Atlantic. The more you feed them the more they get in-tuned with charter boats as a good source and it will only get worse. Again we apologize if you were offended but itโs not intentional.
