Always a good day when we have to use both boards plus double stack a few of themโฆ Enjoyed the trip with you guys.
We booked Maximus for the day. We did not get that boat. Instead we got a boat in much worse shape. The captain wasnโt friendly. He didnโt want to be thereโฆyou could tell. And bc we didnโt know anything about fishing he treated us like we were stupid. Toilet area was big infested and broken. Advertised AC, had none of that either. A bad experience overall. Would not recommend. You can rent much nicer boats for the same price or a few hundred dollars more.
Youโre asking PayPal to give your money back 2 days after your trip because the boat is advertised to have AC and there was no cabin to get out of the sun or places to set. Under AC section I stated โyes the faster I go the cooler you getโฆโฆ.โ Itโs a joke NO, the boat doesnโt have AC, nor a cabin for you to get in out of the sun as your wife expected.ย Itโs a center console and all pics on site clearly show thereโs no cabin. Your wife stated in the complaint to PayPal had she known there was no cabin she would have booked a yacht so her kids were more comfortable. You booked a 5 hr afternoon trip, and that is what you got. When you walked up to the boat and saw there was no cabin, no AC and nowhere to set you could have opted to not go. But instead you went fishing and took the fish home and ate it. Then you ask for your money back 2 days later. I donโt get it, if you didnโt want to go on the boat because itโs not a yacht why go?? Nobody forced you to go on such a crappy boat by your yacht standards . A palmetto bug flew onto the boat and your wife freaked. Itโs FL sorry but we have bugs here in FL thatโs doesnโt make it a big infested boat. Maximillian is the same year, same model, same length, same everything as Maximus. Thatโs why I have 2 of the โsameโ boats so if you end up on the other itโs the same boat. Neither are yachts, they are large center consoles to put you on fish and bring you back with a fishing experience. I am not a booze cruise boat and Iโm not a comfort AC cabin type boat slow rolling everywhere. A 5 hr afternoon trip would have got you about 2 miles out had you booked a yacht. Not everything in life is free, if you didnโt want to pay you shouldnโt have gone fishing, itโs pretty simple. Nobody was being a jerk to you and you know it, you are just wanting something for free.

It was a rough day but you guys did great for newbies fishing in 5-6โ seas. Fish didnโt seem to mind it was rough though.
