J.D. managed to pull a limit out for us on a very cold and windy day.ย We had told him ahead of time that we didnโt want to be unsafe or push it too hard as we had my 8-year-old daughter with us.ย The winds were gusting 25 mph and it proved too rough for us to get around the peninsula for the bigger fish, but J.D. still found us a good limit of keepers since he had brought some live bait as backup.ย We were glad he turned around and made the safe decision instead of trying to push through.ย My daughter still had a great time on what could have been a really miserable day.

What can I say but overly impressed. Totally exceeded my expectations and made for a great day on the water. Capt. Jerry was super knowledgeable and had me on fish before the sun fully came up. There were guys fishing right next to us that werenโt catching anything, but Capt. Jerryโs level of knowledge of the water and conditions was so good, I had my limit in just over an hour. Great time and would highly recommend his services.

We had a heck of a day! 30 sand bass and 13 striper kept! Captain Jerry worked hard to get us on some fish and was able to do so! Definitely look forward to coming back!
Thanks to James King and his family who worked with me to make it an outstanding trip in cool condition.ย We had to change Saturday to Friday because of weather.
Very good experience on 5/1/2021 with captain JD.ย Great personality and knowledge of Lake Texoma.ย There were three of us (Dad, brother, and me) and we all limited out by 10:30.ย He offered to do some more fishing, catch and release but we good heading back to the dock.ย Expertly filleted the fish.ย We left behind a jacket and he promptly texted us so we were able to go back and retrieve it.ย If I go back to Texoma to fish, JD will be the first person I call.

We originall scheduled our trip for Friday but got rained out.ย Jerry stayed in contact the whole time.ย We were able to book the next day.ย Despite the weather being less than perfect we still managed catch a few good stripers.ย He is very knowledgeable of the lake and the places to go.ย We got back and filleted the fish a couple different ways so we can grill and fry.ย ย Heโs an excellent guide and already looking at dates to book another trip!!!
