The captain and the first mate were very personable and knowledgeable about the local waters. We covered quite a lot of water, but the fish were not cooperating on the day of trip. Despite that, they still were able to put us on some mahi, a sailfish, and some bonita for fun. All in all, it was a great outting and we would definitely book with Lucky Dog again.

Captain Robert and his first mate Kenna made this such a fun trip for us!! Leading up the trip, Robert was great about communicating where to be, what to expect, and contingencies in case of bad weather. We were a group of 5 and pretty much all beginners, but they made us feel comfortable and everyone caught a fish! Boat was clean and comfortable - Highly recommend!

We booked this in hopes my 8 year old son would catch a sailfish and we did just that! Didn’t have to go very far off shore to start catching fish. First mate and captain were awesome with my kids and super accommodating. Will definitely book them again for another day!

Both captain and mate were top notch.  Worked hard to find fish and have us be in a position to catch fish. Group of 5 and all 5 had an opportunity to real in a fish Capt Robert and Kenna(sp) were great

Great experience! Good boat! Didn’t catch a whole lot but we caught some nice tuna which was delicious that night! Overall good experience!
