The whole experience with Captain Robert was a pleasure and as easy as it gets. From the booking till my party docked, everything was excellent! I booked a half day trip for my kid’s birthday. My 15yr old son and I spent the day with captain Bob and really enjoyed it.  During the morning we went 10miles off shore to try to land a Marlin.  The second 4 hrs we came closer to shore by the shelf and kite fished for sailfish, which we did catch!  No sooner did my son finish reeling in his sailfish did I also have one on and was able to get it to the boat.  2 sailfish for the day was perfect and what we came to accomplish.  Captain Bob was full of information and is a great conversationalist... Trip was fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about Captain Bob.  His laid back, easy going personalty put everyone at ease.  He was exceptional instructing and teaching the first timers in our party and answering all questions regardless of the topic.  I highly recommend and encourage anyone to book the Lucky Dog for your next charter.

We did this for my son’s 21st birthday. all of them caught fish and had an amazing time. This charter and captain Rob made all the difference. This wasn’t just a fishing trip it was an adventure, an experience for these guys from New York, PA, GA, TN and AL.
