I booked Juan for my son’s 16th birthday, and I must say Juan was amazing. We had a group of six, and everyone caught plenty of fish. My kids caught six fish each, just in a 2-hour trip. Juan was great and friendly, especially with my daughter helping her catch six fish. If you are looking to do a trip for your first time, I recommend Juan.

We have two kiddos. One loves fishing, the other one dibbles and dabbles lol! Capt. Juan, was very patient with them. If one wanted to fish he would help/coach them. If one didn’t, he was cool with that too! The weather was super funky the day of our trip so we didn’t catch much. However, captain Juan invited us back for a make up session! We know he didn’t have to do that and are very grateful ☺️

I don’t write reviews, however we booked a trip with Capt. Juan May 8, 2025. Best experience on the water. Put us on some Big fish and also schools where everyone caught some. Would recommend Capt. Juan for your next fishing adventure. Will definitely fish with Glo#1 charters again. THANKS Capt.

I texted Captain Juan regarding the type of fish we were hoping to catch prior to the excursion but never heard back from him regarding this topic.  He did tell us where to meet with him. I booked a two hour trip as a part of my brother’s bachelor party and the four of us had a blast! Juan was super knowledgeable and helped us catch tons of fish. He also is super funny and filleted the fish for us! If we are ever in the area and want to book another trip I will definitely be booking with Juan.
