Coach Steve and Leo were great hosts for our trip. Energetic, engaging and very friendly so they made you feel comfortable right away. We did this trip because we had a group of 8 which made boat charters a challenge. They handled our large group well- we caught nice drum, sheepshead, whiting and a small shark. We had hoped to learn some new techniques for off the pier but everything is kept pretty simple, which was effective. Total fish caught for the trip between our group of 8 was 40+ for four hours!

In regards to your comment, we often book larger parties โover six peopleโย that find it challenging to book a boat trip due the USCG 6-pack license limit on captainโs vessels. Of course, fishing the beach, we are not subject to that limitation. Thanks again for everything and hope to fish with you next year!

We had a great time fishing with Capt Steve, we met at the north end of Longboat Key and caught several fish including lady fish and Snook.ย Thanks for a great time.
