This was by far the best experience I have ever had on a fishing charter. Captain Kurt and his mate were welcoming right from the start. He had great communication prior and they were prepared. The ship was clean, very well maintained, and was comfortable. Our family of 5 had the boat to ourselves which made such a big and special difference. We felt like we were back in Michigan on our friend’s boats. Throughout the trip Kurt and Gunner were very attentive and communicated well with us about what we were doing and what to expect. They also communicated with other boats and worked as a team with the other charters to give all of the guests the best experience, but I could tell that the other charters looked up to Kurt for his experience and hold him in high esteem. We were lucky to have him and his mate on our team. We caught a lot of fish, saw dolphins, and had the best dinner that night back at camp with pleant for the next few days and beyond,  but after the last 10 we decided to catch and release as a family because there was no way we could have possibly eaten all the fish we were catching. Thank you guys very much, and when I come back to Virgina Beach I will always choose the Marcia B! I may have been another tourist, but I feel like her and her crew took care of my family and I! If I could give a higher rating I would.

Great half day off-shore fishing trip on the Marcia B!!  Captain Kurt and his first mate were wonderful, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.  The boat was clean, very well maintained and we had plenty of room fish comfortably.  We caught plenty of Spanish Mackerel for the entire family to enjoy.  After our arrival back at the fishing center, Captain Kurt offered to fillet our fish and bag it up to take home.  Overall a great relaxing, stress free first off-shore fishing excursion.  We definitely will book the Marcia B next year.

Captain Bob was great. Our original booking was rescheduled bc Kurt said fish weren’t biting and we had the option to still fish or try another day. He was booked. It had a network of other charters that we were able to book with. Captain Bob was awesome, he was really great and treated us like we knew him for years. We were celebrating our 11yr old son bday and he gave so much attention to him and offered different styles to fish and let him choose what he wanted to do. He loved it.
