From the beginning to the end, was just a great time. Capt Mike and the first mate were great. Would definitely book this trip again.

My only complaint is that everything says the boat leaves at 6AM but nothing says that it is an hour ride to the fishing spot. By the time we got to where we were going to fish, it was bright and sunny and the fish werenโt biting. The six hour trip was really only four hours of fishing and we only caught three fish, one of which was below limit. The captain and the mate were nice and friendly and they filleted the fish for us.
Myself and 5 other adults had a great experience on the Penny Sue 6 hour charter. We caught 9 and kept 8 Rockfish in total. We had a very yummy feast later that afternoon. Captain Mike and his 1st mate weโre a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend.

We eneded up picking the short trip for out 6 year olds first trip out on a boat/fishing trip, these guys were fantastic. Both were super engaging made him and us comfortable.ย We will definitely be back for a longer outing.
