What a great morning with “Lucky Chip”. Captain Chip dropped us into a number of different locations to catch a variety of fish. All of the fish were really fun to catch, and being from Philadelphia I have never caught these fish before. My dad and I caught a number of Snook, Catfish, Jacks, Mangrove Snapper and a Barracuda. Chip taught me how to cast accurately for the Snook and gave me other recommendations on how to reel some of these monsters in. He was a good teacher and we had a lot of fun learning new things. Chip put us on fish at the first location we hit, my wife and I caught our first snook and we hit at all locations we stopped - even when the wind started kicking up and clouds rolled in unexpectedly. Chip is knowledgeable, helpful (my wife is a novice angler), and friendly - not only to us, but to the folks we ran into at the locations we hit including a couple of kids we saw and he chatted up.  Good guy and a great ambassador on the water to the spot we love. Thanks again, Chip! We’ll be seeing you again!

My sister and I had a great day fishing with Captain Chip. He was knowledgeable, experienced, encouraging. And put us on the fish again and again. He went out before us to catch live bait, which was invaluable to our day. On our six hour trip, we ended up catching several snook, about a dozen jack crevalles , To sailfin catfish, And a tarpon. The weather was beautiful. The surroundings were stunning,. And we had action nearly continuously from beginning to end .  Really couldn’t ask for better. I would recommend fishing with Captain Chip to anyone coming to the Jupiter area and I would fish with him again in a heartbeat.

First of all - I caught fish in adverse conditions- full moon and recent rains causing the river to be fresher than optimum. Chup came through and put me on fish anyway!

Chip arrived on time and with a load of finger mullet as the mullet run was underway. He had good equipment- All-star Todd with Shimano spinning reels.  Moreover, he had a profound understanding of current conditions and locations.  I would have caught more fish as Chip was an excellent coach, but I was less than excellent, having not fished in over 4 years.  I caught 5 nice snook and a bunch of hard fighting jacks.  Next time, I’ll pick a day where there was no full moon and no weather.

Look no further if you are looking for an amazing day on the water! All of Captain Chip’s reviews are what lead us to book a trip. Great communication leading up and a wonderful individual that we had the pleasure to fish with and get to know. Captain Chip was spot on, noting we had the chance at some massive snook. In the first hour roughly, we landed more than a half dozen snook ranging from 32-40 inches, lost a couple more too. That alone would have been an amazing day! We proceeded to some other spots and and were exhausted on the continous action of different snapper, bonito, triggerfish, blue runners and several other species. We had several fun encounters with the goliath groupers and lemon sharks too. Finished the day up with some more snook, needlefish and a barracuda. You see the comment repeatedly on Captain Chip’s reviews but it was the trip of a life time and it will stay in the “remember when” discussions. We will absolutely be calling Captain Chip next time we are in the area!
