Spent the morning hunting Snook, Jacks, and Snapper up the Loxahatchee River near Jupiter and ended the day with an awesome barracuda near the rivers outlet to the intercoastal waters.  It was an amazing experience for my 12 year old daughter.  Will do this again and have already recommended captain Chip to our local friends in Port St. Lucie.  This charter capain knows where the fish are!

I’ve seldom been with a skipper whose persistence and skill made a difficult day produce one very decent snook and several got away, one biting through a 40 lb carbon filament leader, had to be a barracuda. All this using a fly rod, not the easiest cast in tight places.

Had a great half day with Captain Chip. Caught a couple nice snook and a beautiful big amber jack.  Very fun fight.  Bait tank was full and his coaching led to a successful catch.  He was also very personable and enthusiastic.  He shared a lot of good info about the the local area.  I’ll be sure to bring the kids next time.

Chip was awesome.  I am a captain and guide myself.  He was 100% professional.  Gear was top notch.  Baits were lively and fresh.  He was patient and clear with his instructions.  After a short time we started catching snook.  We then caught snook steadily for most all the trip.  Excellent guide will come again.

We wanted to go after sport fish like snook, jacks, and whatever was in season.  Chip put us on the snook and we had an awesome day pulling them in, along with a few nice jacks, mangrove snapper, and catfish.  Chip knows the honey holes and what is biting.  Overall, a great day with plenty of action!  Would definitely do it again!
