As an avid freshwater/tournament angler, this trip far exceeded my expectations and was the most fun I’ve had fishing in a long time. We booked a morning birthday trip with Zach at Wet Lines and had an AWESOME day - my wife caught a fish on her first cast and the catches never stopped. We caught 8 different species (sea trout, crevalle jack, mangrove snapper, redfish, lady fish, grouper, flounder, and catfish), hooked up with a huge shark and a big stingray, had dolphins and manatees swim all around to the boat, and landed tons of fish and lost more than we could count all by 10:30am. Zach was kind, entertaining, and very knowledgeable, and made the trip an absolute blast. I appreciated that he was quick to move locations if there were no fish in an area. To top it off, he cleaned our fish and recommended a local restaurant for us to bring our fish to, which made for the best fish tacos we had all week. You will not be disappointed, and we will absolutely book with Wet Lines Fishing again if we’re in the area!!

Zach was wonderful.  He was super hard working to put us on fish and to assure we had a good experience. We fished the intercoastal waters. We caught Red Fish, Jack Crevalle, Lady Fish, Catfish, and Speckled Sea Trout. We are cooking one Red Fish right now. The other, we took to the Salt Cracker for preparation. Zach was right. They made great fish tacos out of it. Thanks Zach, for a great day on the water.

I’ve never fished, but have been promising my son for years we’d go… so we finally took the plunge and booked with Wet Lines while in Clearwater on vacation.
The day could not have been better… we fished 3 locations, and caught at least 20 fish (we kept 2 trout and 2 redfish, which our hotel will cook for us). Captain Kyle was fantastic - so knowledgeable, always helpful and great fun. (He also filleted and packed the fish for us when we got in).
Honestly, this was the best day I’ve had with my son for many years. Could not recommend it highly enough!

Captain Zack with Wet Lines Charters is the real deal! My 10-year-old and I limited out on redfish in the first 20 minutes, wet lines and fish on all day; and he even hooked and landed a shark — talk about an adventure! Zack goes above and beyond, teaching about the fish and making the trip both exciting and educational. Clean boat, nonstop action. 10/10 recommend!

Fishing was pretty tough because it was so hot out and the lack of rain.  Zach contacted me a couple days in advance to let me know this may be the case and we came up with an alternative game plan, which I really appreciated. Even though it was tough, we still caught a fair amount of mangrove, and sea trout.  We also caught some Red’s, needle fish, lady fish, and catfish.  It was just me and my 12 year old son.  Zach was very patient with us and novice abilities.
