Hidden charges were charged without being told up front. Gave a cash tip but was told by a lady who I presume was the office manager that a $30 tip was to small and charged my debit card $800 dollars, Iโm on vacation so I thought the $800 dollars was what I owed for my trip, but when I checked my reservation confirmation the amount charged was different than the $765 dollars listed on my confirmation. Didnโt have a problem with being charged for services rendered but donโt charge me for a tip after Iโve already given you one. Will never book with them againโฆ.
