It was overall enjoyable for 1/2 day. Left at 6 am. Hour out to fishing buoy and then drove around that area for 2 hours. Seemed a bit routine for any longer of a trip. Don’t know if the boat would change locations if the trip was longer. Caught fish, saw whales. Nice trip.

We went out six miles and not a hit at all. On the way back in I said “just isn’t our day” he turned around and said “it isn’t over yet”. Not ten minutes later we hooked a SEA MONSTER Marlin 500#+. Took 700 yards of line so fast and then we fought it but it shook the hook after four jumps. Most amazing experience!

Harry was great. Very focused on getting the customers satisfied. We originally planned on a 10 am trip. He called and advised that an earlier departure would increase our chances. We ended up leaving at 7:30 am. As a result we caught fish early in the morning. I liked Harry’s demeanor. No small talk, all about the mission at hand. But if you ask him a question he’ll give you a very specific answer whether it is about fishing or not. I highly recommend his charter.
