We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water with Captain TJ.  The day was questionable but the storms held off until we ended the morning with a double hook-up to complete 2 limits of trout.  Back at the cleaning table before 10:00am and beat the rain. He cleaned and bagged them and we were off.  He knows when to move to his different spots and it paid off.  Will FOR SURE book again the next time we visit SPI.  TJ is very experienced, personable and encouraging.  Great time!  Cant say enough.

Trip was booked by my wife for a birthday present. Capt TJ is great. Took time to teach me new techniques and helped my wife (who doesn’t fish a lot). Calt TJ provided all the water we could drink, we brought snacks. After our trip, he recommended we take our freshly caught speckled Trout to Tom and Jerry’s for fish enchiladas…without out a doubt, the best enchiladas we’ve ever had…..thanks Capt for a wonderful time of fun and relaxation.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of going on a bay fishing trip with TJ Boom Fishing, and it was an unforgettable experience. My two sons had a blast fishing with TJ.  It was about as windy as it could be and he worked hard to put us on fish. Kept the boys 11 and 8 motivated and happy whenever they would lose fish or drag in another cat.  He was so good with our boys. Made for an amazing day. Our boys both said we have found our go to guide in Padre now.  Looking forward to next year with TJ.

First time visiting South Padre Island with my wife and family also first time deep sea fishing and I can say I was definitely not disappointed. Almost didn’t get to go due to the weather so the captain pushed it back one day and gave us an extra hour. We caught black spotted trout, gator mouth trout and our highlight of the trip was catching our Texas trophy trout. Came back home and had fish fry for the family to enjoy. Definitely recommend to anyone and looking forward to coming back again.
