Went fishing with 2 adults and 4 tweens and teens.  Great trip.  Captain and first mate were very friendly and helpful, especially with the younger kids. We caught 7 sharks and the kids loved it! Not many other big fish, but caught a lot of catfish. I wish we had moved around a bit, basically we just went to one place and bottom fished there for 5 hours.  But I am not an expert, so maybe that was the right call.  Still a great trip and everyone had fun. Would fish with them again.  Nice cool cabin too if you need to get out of the sun and clean restroom on boat for girls.

We had a really good time with Frisky Reds. From the moment we got to the fishing spot the Red Snapper was biting immediately. It was a non-stop action every time we were in the water.

The captain and mate did an excellent job making sure we had what we needed. Helping us unhook and measure the fish and even getting bait back on our hooks. In some cases we had to call on some help to reel in some big fish since some of us weren’t extremely experienced.

It was a deep sea trip and I wasn’t expecting a 2.5 hour boat ride each way but we did limit out on snapper and accomplished what we set out to do.

The boats AC and bathroom were really nice to have. There was some initial issues with some of the gear but it was remedied and everyone got their rod/reel.

All in all it was a great experience and had a good time.

We did the 8 hour trip and when we showed up in the morning there was some confusion and they took the other group out in the morning and took us out in the afternoon which was a huge thing for the captain because he was there when we got there before 6 am and he went out on the water all morning with the other group and then was still willing to take us out for a full 8 hours in the afternoon and we did not get back until 11 pm. On the trip the crew was awesome and friendly and just made it a fun trip. Which is a big thing because it was a 2.5 hour trip out to the fishing spot. We got to the first spot and had some troubles getting bites. Probably our inexperience more than the spot so he pulled us up and took us up the road about 10 minutes and tried again but still not great. So one again he went to a new spot about 45 min out and from there we were on the fish and if you didn’t have a bite in 45 seconds you knew you had lost your bait. There we pulled in over a hundred fish right under the size limit and a few over and had a blast until we had to head back. We were all exhausted and very happy with the results and when we made it back with a smile on his face he filleted the fish and bagged them for us. I would highly recommend the trip and just trust in the captain will get you what is in season and be personable along the way.

The trip was perfect! The boat was amazing, AC if you got a little to hot, fully functional restroom, and all the ice cold water you could drink! We caught 23 keepers, but we were catching fish the entire 6hr trip. Highly recommend,Captain Steve and deck hand Chris were friendly and very knowledgeable of everything coming on the boat and made sure everyone was catching and enjoying themselves. We will definitely be booking with Frisky Reds and Steve again!
