Horrible experience……..after a short boat ride, they put us on fish…..me and the wife never had a chance to breathe……I fought fish for the first half hour straight until I “LITERALLY PASSED OUT”!!!!!!!  Brandon and Chris’s were about to to call the Coast Guard and were reeling in all the lines when I came to.  The pic of the me and the red snapper was 24 minutes after I passed out.  (Thank you Chris for your calmness, Marlene was freaking out on the inside!!!!). 

I am joking about the “horrible experience “ but I will make no joke about how professional and kind these two dudes are!!!!!!  We caught well over 30 red snapper almost to the point it was “work!”  Heheheh

The catch we kept was the perfect amount for us to fly back on the plane with!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

We had already headed out and were near the target fishing zone when the seas got pretty rough. It was tough to get the boat to stay on target, but even with that in mind the Captain and crew of Frisky Reds put us on some fish. We ended up catching a lot of Red Snapper (which had to go back into the sea), a couple of big King Mackerel, a Mingo Spapper, a little Dorado, a Black Fin shark that almost won the fight.

I can tell that the trip would have been a complete wash if it weren’t for the skill of the Frisky Reds team. When we got back, they filleted the fish and gave us a recipe for Mackerel fish balls. We cooked some up that night and nick named the tasty dish Popplers.

(Edited my review to five stars. I realized it’s not going to help anyone pick the right boat to go out on if I make my number of stars reflect the weather conditions and not the work and skill of Frisky Reds. They did amazing in the face of difficult circumstances.)

We booked this trip for daughter and boyfriend, neither of which had ever been offshore fishing. The weather that day had heavy rain and Capt suggested we delay until rain passed.
Rain passed after an hour and we departed an encountered rougher seas than predicted. Both daughter and friend got sick but the capt and mate were both very attentive and took care of both during remainder of the trip. We didn’t catch as many fish as wanted but took two good ones with a Ling coming in at over 50”. While the trip could easily have been a disaster the Cap’t found fish, took care of everyone and we had a great trip because of their attitude and effort to make the best of the situation and opportunity. Boat was excellent, very cool a/c, good toilet and great skipper and mate.
I recommend these guys and am calling them again in the near future to go back and get the fish we didn’t get this time. Give them a try!!!

Not the greatest time of year to go but turned out excellent. Captain and deckhand were both great guys and made it easy!

We have booked this charter for 2 days. We had a 6 hour trip of jetty fishing today and enjoyed every bit. Although the day was hot We caught some drums, catfish, and a shark. A full day of deep sea fishing is on the books for tomorrow and will have a full review after that trip!
