I highly recommend this service and Captain.  Very knowledgeable, helpful to amateur anglers, good humor and demeaner.  Most of all WE CAUGHT BASS, one fish was close to seven pounds!  A nice catch by anyone’s standard.  Fishing from a pontoon boat allowed easier movement and fishing from standing position, nice comfort for sitting and taking a break.  If you want a fun outing and to catch some good size bass, take this charter next time you get the urge for a guided trip.

Our pontoon trip with Lake Toho Guides was an excellent experience from start to finish. The pontoon was spacious, clean, and ideal for a relaxing group fishing outing. The guide was professional, helpful, and knew exactly where to go to keep the rods bent all day. We caught plenty of bass and had a blast doing it. It’s a great setup for families, first-timers, or anyone looking to fish in comfort. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Where do I start, this fishing trip was the first charter trip with all my siblings and dad that we’ve ever done so it was extra special for us. Devin our captain was funny, knowledgeable, patient, and all around great guide on the water. He told us what to expect from the trip and gave a great recommendation on bait. Which if he recommends getting a bunch of shiners get a bunch you can run through them fast it’s not a sales tactic. You can fish them dead but seemed like every time we did the fish got off the hook somehow. We ordered three dozen for seven people and I’d wished we brought more like six dozen at least. Everyone including my nephew the youngest caught a huge large mouth bass and got to hold him. I highly recommend these guys if you want some clean family friendly fun and memories of catching a big one, book it!! We caught every species of fish the lake offers long nose gar, alligator gar, and about nine large mouth bass. Each time we caught a fish Devin helped net the fish and taught the new people how to hold it and snap a nice photo. Every time the lines got tangled or someone needed new bait put on a hook Devin was right there. Running back and forth when multiple people are landing fish and trying to net them all is challenging to say the least and the whole time he’s testing every hook before it hit the water (Devin knows what testing a hook means lol). If your new at fishing he even watches your bait for you to help you land a big one. We had a large group but everyone had a front row comfortable seat and cold water refreshments. Can’t say enough good things about this trip. Thank you so much for the kindness, hospitality and hard work. We had a blast.

Captain Steve was a great guide. He was very patient with the kids and helped very helpful great knowledge of where to be on the lake to catch fish

Beautiful day on a beautiful lake! Onto fish within a few minutes. Everyone caught something. Captain was great and did all the work if you wanted, or just helped out. Very pleasant, really knew his stuff. Would not hesitate to fish with him again.
