My wife, dad, and I had a great trip with Captain Jason and Neptune Fishing Charters. We opted for the 4 hour trip and it was more than worth it. Jason put us on fish from the very first line drop. We ended up catching about 150 fish which 40 were keepers in season. Also we caught a wide variety of fish: White grunts, hogfish, sea bass, spots, red grouper, gag grouper,  a rare pork fish, trigger fish, mango snapper, flounder, and several other varieties. Jason filleted some of the grunts, sea bass, mango snapper, and hog fish that were keepers, and he recommended a few restaurants that would cook up your catch. We ended up going to Salt Cracker and they did an amazing job cooking up our catch. I would definitely recommend Jason and Neptune Fishing Charters for your next fishing trip.He was both very knowledge and very welcoming. It was a GREAT trip from beginning to end and Neptune Fishing Charters and Captain Jason will be our go to for our next trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I cannot recommend Capt Jason and Neptune enough. He made it expressly clear and reinforced he wanted everyone to have a good time on our trip. My son caught fish at every stop we went to. We caught 6 different species and kept enough for a couple meals. Capt Jason even recommended a restaurant that would cook it for us. The restaurant did a great job and the food was very tasty!  The boat was great and capt Jason took extra care to make sure we would be sick from a rough ride (were seasoned boaters but he would still ask which is nice)!  He’s a local who’s lived in Clearwater his whole life.  He knew the spots to hit and tailored the trip to our mission (put my son on fish and keep him engaged…he’s 12 with ADHD). My son LOVED it and had a blast. I will definitely book again when I come back to St Pete!

Captain Kat was fantastic! She recommended switching dates due to weather and she was correct. We did a 6 hour trip and spent time inshore until a rainstorm passed. We caught numerous Red fish inshore and a monster to limit out on red’s. Kat then drove out to the Gulf to catch grunts. Our arms were so sore caching grunts!!!! We had even a bonus shark hook up as well. Captain Kat was a pleasure and always kept us on the the fish by changing baits, or moving. She even gave us some restaurants that would cook our freshly caught fish. I highly recommend her for a trip.

Capt. Kat was great.  She had us on fish immediately.  She was very attentive while out on the water and cleaned all our fish to perfection.  Great time and an even better dinner!

Captain Jason took my 7byearnold and myself out into the gulf, we caught a variety of fish (10 different species). He gave us some recommendations on local restaurants and activities. Jason got us on top of the fish, cleaned the fish, took care of everything while fishing overall fantastic experience and would definitely book again.
