FISHING WITH CAPTAIN REYES—- Captain Reyes did an outstanding job taking care of the three kids and the one “no touch dad”. He worked really hard making sure the four of us had lines in the water-only way to catch fish. His precision casting and ability to locate fish made the trip exciting. I will definitely use Captain Reyes in the future!!!
FISHING REPORT—We had lots of activity. We landed a couple bull reds, slot red fish, and couple of trout (released) on our 1/2 day fishing trip. Thank you Captain Reyes for the memorable trip!!!

Captain Perez was awesome! He knew where the fish would be. Even with tough tides/weather we were able to catch fish. He also did an excellent job helping my wife bait and cast her rod so she was able to bring home supper! Reyes was very polite and worked hard for us to enjoy the trip! Thank you, Captain Perez. Captain Reyes got us right on the fish. He was great! He kept us baited and knew where to put our lines.  He had good equipment. We will be booking another trip on our next visit. I recommend Captain Reyes to anyone wanting to enjoy a family trip.

Captain Reyes is very knowledgeable about the local area. He offered advise on the local establishments, restaurants and local fishing spots to enjoy.

What a trip…

We started off the morning at the boat ramp discussing the POA (plan of attack) for what to go after while on the day-trip excursion. After loading up at the boat ramp we exited the harbor and the sun was yet to rise. However, the fun as well as the sun would definitely be on the horizon. We jetted across the bay for a quick trip to the first stop where the sun was about rise and the fun was about to commence. As Captain Reyes (the man with the plan), settled the boat and set the anchor he began with teaching my daughter and myself the way to fish in the bay…and let me say as the sun was rising and the third cast was in the water…YUP, it was fish on baby! Captain Reyes had put my daughter on to her first Red Drum and it was a running…taking the drag when it could and my daughter was experiencing a good red fish fight. She was able to reel it in and was grinning ear to ear as she was amazed on how much fun it was catching such a fish that put up a run like that! After catching that Red Drum and a couple of Black Drums we jetted to another spot where we began to tie into some more blacks and a Sheepshead. Once the wind calmed down a bit more, Captain Reyes jetted us to another spot on the bay where it was Speckled Trout time. After a few trout we then jetted back to the first spot and no sooner than Captain Reyes noted the water he pointed and said cast right over there and be ready. Dang, he was spot on and it was my turn to land a Red Drum. Fighting that red fish was so much fun as it ran and put up a fight. We limited out on our blacks and reds as well as having some very nice trout and sheepshead.

Needless to say, we are definitely hooked as well and will be back for an awesome day-trip with Captain Reyes as he knows his business and will also put YOU on the FISH!

I would like to thank Captain Reyes for making our a trip a success. He started by suggesting that we move the date due to heavy rains, which worked out better for us. Reyes suggested places to stay, where to eat and a nice pier to watch the moon rise.

The morning of the trip he was on time, with the boat in the water, loaded with drinks and live bait.

The winds where blowing 15 - 17 mph with gusts over 20 mph, but Captain Reyes put us in calm waters.

I caught a flounder on my first cast. That must have given me bad luck, because my wife Anita started catching fish. She was able to catch .redfish, trout, hardheads and a flounder. I could not keep up with her. We had a great time.

Now both of us are looking forward to our nest trip with Captain Reyes Perez and Lucky 7 Guide Service this fall.
