Nice crew, only caught 1 lbs if yellow tail snapper for 4 people, 4 fish, so that was disappointing. The boat exhaust was strong in the lucky charm.
Theresa, I do wish the bite would have been better. Unfortunately the fish were there it was just tough to keep them on the line. We do run twin Diesel engines on the Lucky Charm and it is one of the best maintained engines in Key West. Unfortunately there are fumes on any diesel boat you go on, even brand new boats. We do have a center console with outboards which would have absolutely zero fumes. I do appreciate you choosing us and I do hope you come back and fish again.
Hi Cathy! It was a blast to fish with you guys and we are glad you caught one of your bucket list fish with us. We look forward to fishing with you again.
The mate, CB, was the saving grace - he was great. The boat was old and tired and had not been updated for many years. Time for that one to be put to rest. Captain Todd seemed like a nice guy but suffered from too many years and too many charters - he was dull and not engaged. A new boat and an injection of enthusiasm would put the sizzle back into Fishizzle!
