We were scheduled for a 10:30 pickup but there was an issue with the earlier group so we were delayed 2hrs starting out and delayed getting in 2hrs and thus got drenched in a rain storm which we would have avoided if we had started out on the scheduled time.
Captain was great.However, company seemed to be overbooked and there was some confusion on what boat and where we were to go. The head of the company thought it was our responsibility to have water for 4 hour trip since they ran out.He was somewhat rude at first.
Not that we ran out. We do not include drinks, itโs listed on the details . Sometimes we have extra for guests
Captain Chris was a very friendly host But no fish Location was switched one day prior Boat was smaller than expected with no amenities and trip did not meet expectations Maybe it was just a bad day
Sorry to hear that John! We had a killer week with sailfish plenty of wahoo and mahi as well as tuna, and the day you fished they just shut off. Thatโs how it goes sometimes unfortunately! And yes our west palm captain has COVID 19 so we had to put you in pompano. You fished on a $150k contender 33โ boat. So Iโm not sure what your expectations were.. We do everything we can to keep our clients safe and catch fish, but safety comes first .
You also were complaining from the start that we didnโt have snacks and waters for you. First of all we do not advertise that. Second this is a fishingn charter, not a luxury cruise to the Bahamas . Please adjust your expectations when going on a fishing charter

I had a terrible experience with this company.ย I chartered a boat to go out with my kids out of west palm beach,ย The day before, the owner Tyler, tell me that the captain in west palm beach was sick and that they could only go out of deerfied beach. I agreed and he agreed on the 10:30 time.ย Later, he call me to tell me that the time was changed to 7:00 am I told him that tht was not acceptable, I already had made arrangements for 10 30.ย He told me that he was going get back to me.ย About 30 minutes later, he did , and said that at 2pm,ย I said that that was not the time tht we agrreed on.ย He inmediately starting insulting me using insult words like Fuโฆ.He said that he ws the captain and he would decide when the Fโฆ.I should go, take it or leave it. He gave the slot of 10:30 to other people that had a flight to catch.ย at this time , I very politely asked him to stop insulting me.ย It was tok late to cancel, I was not going to dissapoint my kids , so I took the 2 pm boat.ย The captain of the boat was very nice, no complaons , but he was alone, there are usully 2 crew members, at least for that price,ย I you will use one only, charge less money.ย Probably he has no word or saying as he is just employee, but i didnt feel safe.ย Many time, he would leave the wheel unatended while the boat was moving to fix fishing gear.ย Not worth it , is unsafe and this conpany does it to earn more money, this is terrible.ย I never felt more insulted that by this person Tyler.ย I hope that no one gets put in that position.ย There are so many options and I have use many charters before and after this one.ย Never had a bad experience such as this one.ย Hope that person Tyler changes his attitude toward clients otherwiise he will be out of business .

Our west palm captain was sick. we did our best to get you out fishing and you snapped at us because the time was different. At any point we would have cancelled the trip and given you a refund . We always work hard and do our best. The listing shows we do not use a mate. You were never unsafe at any point you are just whiny and entitled, and now on a short list of clients we will NEVER take fishing again . Below is a photo of you telling the captain how you had a great time. This review came over a week after your trip. My guess is, something else upset you and you took it out on my business. Ridiculous
