I encourage you next time you are at a displeasure on a fishing trip that you say something directly to the captain or guide or express the issue at hand. Or that you express your needs and wants before the trip starts so that your experience is good.
At excel fishing charters we want everyone to have a great time, and catch a lot of fish. Unfortunately I guess we can not please everyone.
