Some days the fish don’t like to cooperate and that’s how the day started. People can’t control that, but Captain Steven remained cool, calm, and collected. He figured out a pattern and it was ON!!! Biggest red was 34” and more than a blast to catch. Ended with 4 reds and one baby shark! Very impressed with the fish on a tough bite day. I will definitely be back for more! He’s also a cool guy. It felt like I was fishing with a friend, rather than a guide!

Steven took us straight to his honey hole for catching redfish. We caught several from a large group, sometimes reeling multiple in at the same time! Once they figured us out we went to look for some black drum and landed a monster! Great fishing experience and wonderful fishing guide to hang out with on the water. I had called last minute and he took me out even though the weather was supposed to be a little ugly. It ended up being a beautiful day with some fun fish to fight!

He knew all the places to be to catch tons of fish, he was so good with all of us and we even brought our 9 yr old som and 3 yr old daughter. We had a great time fishing with Capt. Steven! We booked a 4-hour saltwater fishing trip with him for my son who turned 7 years old the day of the trip. Communication was great, location and scenery was beautiful. My son has loved fishing since he was barely 3 years old. He likes to fish in our lake in Michigan and he could fish the entire day and be happy with or without a catch. The biggest fish he caught was a 27 inches Bowfin/Dogfish and we were hoping he could beat that record during this trip because I know that would make him so happy. Capt. Steven was kind, patient and great with my son. He saw how happy my son is catching even medium-sized fish so he told me that he can only imagine how excited my son will be if he catches a big one. 4 hours has passed and no big fish yet. He didn’t have to extend our trip, but he did. For almost 2 hours and no extra charge, I must add. He made it his goal to catch him a big fish and didn’t stop until he was successful. He got my son a 47.5 inches Redfish! A new record! My son was extremely happy. It was a birthday to remember for sure. And oh, I saw many dolphins which I enjoyed so much! I highly recommend Captain Steven.
