Caught a good amount of fish and had a great time

Tides were not in our favor, so things started off slowly.  Captain Dave was able to find a good spot where we caught our limit of Black Drum before we had to go back into dock.  I would be happy to go out with him again.

Trip was pushed by an hour 1pm-2. Told it was due to storms. He was actually just still with another client (running behind). Arrived 15 mins early. He was nowhere to be found. No call, no show. Texted that we were there. Texted again asking if we were in the correct location. No response. Called 30 mins after we were supposed to start (2pm) and he said he could see the dock from where he was and he’d be there in 10. 40 mins later he comings in with the previous clients in-tow. Does not greet us, does not introduce himself, never apologized for any inconvenience.  Cleaned the fish for the first party and sat with them chit-chatting for another 15 mins or so. Still has yet to speak to us at all. Went into the bait store, where my husband happened to be buying us drinks, and made remarks to the guys in there about the storms rolling in. There were no storms. The guy in the store even told him there were none and he just didn’t want to take us out. We finally got “there are 4 of you right?” from him then. About 10 mins later we got to finally leave. He said he was running 3hours late due to fishbooker triple booking him. We went to 3 different fishing spots and only caught small fish. Nothing like what we were expecting at all. My family had fun, and we will do another fishing trip just not with this company. Not trying to be a Karen. I just want people know what to expect so they aren’t disappointed like we were.
