Met the crew at the landing and started out right away. We went to the bait pens and did some jigging for larger bait fish, about 15, then received the rest of the bait fish.

Plenty of drinks, recommend a sandwich or snack of your own, but drinks were plenty.

At our first stop we hooked up on a double set of Yellow Fins. I was not prepared for the fight and had to be relieved during the fight but got right back into it after a minute of help from Brandon the deck hand. Turned out it was 22 pound Yellow Fin Tuna that had to be gaffes to get it into the boat. So I don’t feel so bad now.

All in all it was productive and even fun trying to keep the sea lions off the hook fish at times. But for sure the fishing was great.

Fully recommend the experience to anyone interested in a great fishing trip.

This was the first fishing trip for 3/4 of our group and it could not have gone any better. We flew in from
Texas the night before but thanks to Captain Marc’s great communication we were more than prepared for the adventure. Our day on the water was easily the best day of our week long trip. The best part is we had plenty of fish to enjoy lunch and dinner. We are already plannnig another trip in August. Marc and Brandon are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful and great at what they do. Being from out of state we learned a lot about the local area and fish, I can not imagine having a better experience with any other crew. I look forward to going out with them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to charter a trip.

Mark put us on the fish right out of the gate we were almost limited out when a captain from the boat down the way came on and said they only had one fish on the boat!! Brandon did a great job as well just all around good people!

Another successful ‘customer appreciation’ trip.  Capt Marc and his deckhand, Brandon, were great hosts.  We limited on yellow tail very early in our day.  We were hoping for some Dorado or even yellow fin as well but that was no fault of the captain, he definitely did his job and put us on top of the fish.  Last year we had an epic customer trip with blue fin, and I knew it would be hard to top that, but I didn’t notice any disappointment with my customers - they had a blast!

Thanks Captain.  Hope we can do this again next year.

Capt Marc asked about our fishing interests for our trip and provided suggestions.  He put us on fish most of the trip, and there were even times when all six of us were reeling in nice fish. Brandon, the first mate, was immediately there to help us if we needed an assist hauling in a fish or untangling crossed lines.  And he sure knows how to handle that fillet knife!
