My wife and I had a pleasant time fishing! We booked a half day trip and it did not disappoint. The boat stayed clean and the crew knew what to do all the time. The seas were probably 4-6’ swells and it was very windy. It was no problem for the boat captain as he maneuvered the boat in the seas to make for the best trip under the circumstances. We would definitely use this charter Sunrise Charter in Aruba again. Thank you Sunrise Charters!

As this was our first trip to Aruba, I was not sure what to expect. We fished a four hour offshore trip in the afternoon with my 10 year old, and a few friends. We left the dock promptly at 1 o’clock with Captain Marcelino and the mate aboard the Caroline. We immediately hooked into a mutton snapper on the troll which I had never seen before. We continued to troll, and the captain found several barracuda, a beautiful wahoo, and a couple of great blackfin tuna. We did lose one of the black tuna to the tax man (shark) but it was still a great trip. The seas are pretty rough at the north end of the island but the captain worked hard to keeps us all comfortable and on the fish. We returned with 7 barracuda, 2 blackfin tuna, a wahoo, and a mutton snapper. We kept part of our catch and walked right up the dock to nos Clubhuis grill and the cooked up our fresh catch. It was a trip my 10 year old will never forget

2nd time fishing with Marcelino on the Caroline, all great things to say about this crew! Marcelino put on us fish once again.(11 fish in total caught) plus a few that didn’t make it on board.
Gio the Mate worked hard and talked to us when he could. The Caroline(Boat) is clean, well outfitted and the open cabin seating to the back of the boat is great for groups. Many other boats you are in an enclosed cabin and miss on the action. Marcelino is now more than just our boat captain, he will always be part of our Aruba trips and friendships.

We had the most wonderful time with Marcelino, Christel and Robert.  Our main goal was to get our 11 yr old on fish and they did JUST THAT!!! They were attentive and fun. Robert shared many tips and explained why/how it worked for the fish we were trying to catch.  Nothing seemed like a bother and he included our son with many of his stories and details.  Marcelino was quick to get us in the second chair as Robert helped the first fish on.  Their excitement was contagious and genuine.
Almost every hit had multiple fish on. 
The boat was clean and well taken care of.  They provided plenty of water and a nice bathroom. 
If you like to fish, Sunrise Charters are a MUST!!!!

This charter was an incredible addition to our Aruba trip. Trolling around the Aruban waters and a secret spot allowed for about 14 mahi mahi to be pulled in. Crew was professional, personable and accommodating. Additionally, the boat was in great shape. Would absolutely recommend. Be mindful that this is deep sea and the swells can a lot at times. The crew is more then happy to accommodate to calm waters if and when that arises.
