It was a great day on the water! Would go back out there again with these guys - got us into several schools of Mahi Mahi throughout our 6 hour trip

I would like to start the review saying that I am an experienced fisherman, having my own offshore boat and running charters. So when I was searching in fishingbooker for my vacation, I looked at all the listings around. Even though captain Jose was new here on the site I could tell by the boat and tackle in the pictures that this would be serious fishing and I was right. First thing I noticed was that they were using fresh bait and rigging it themselves. A lot of charters will troll with artificial to save money. While you will catch with artificial, I’ve always had better success with with ballyhoo. They also run them naked (meaning no skirt). What I mostly liked was they knew what was biting and didn’t fill my head with expectations of types of fish you probably won’t catch. He used good fishing skills and is a great guy. His first mate is a hard worker and knows his stuff.

If you are serious about fishing and want to get your monies work. This is the place. I’m coming back this summer to marlin fish with them.

This is as honest as I can be…my girlfriend and I chartered this boat for a 3/4 day (6 hour) fishing trip. The captain and his mate were very kind, accommodating and professional..real friendly people. The captain tried his hardest to get us some fish. My girlfriend caught one Wahoo fish. It was pretty much a $750 (plus tip to the mate) boat ride. I do not put any blame on the captain, his boat or equipment, or his mate…it was just one of those days…I guess that’s why they call it fishing, not catching.
