Just when I am about to take the trolling trip option off the listing then the next day ends up being a good catching day. Capt. Jamey and Hunter did everything they knew to do, including going out to the gulf to try for some kings(3 hr trip is listed as in the bay only) but nothing would entice them. I did encourage you to communicate with the Capt and or deckhand any discontent. They didn’t relay anything back to me regarding that. I heard you had a nice dolphin show though. (If you had gotten something to bite that Dolphin probably would’ve stolen it!) I will be in touch directly.

Spent over 500$ and NEVER got to touch a fishing pole.i UNDERSTAND it is called fishing/not catching BUTTT for 500+$there should be some kind of kick back when there was nothing caught on a trolling set up!....to me just a cash grabbing trap! Felt the deckhand was sincere and did his part but NEVER AGAIN…...
Adam. I apologize if you think we are a cash grabbing trap. We are actually very fair and do our best to be honest and considerate. It puzzles me that unhappy customers will not say one thing and then try to hurt a business by writing a bad review. There’s not been one time that I didn’t try to make a situation right when I was made aware there is an issue. You see, when people read this review, they will look at what you booked and then wonder what your expectations were. Sometimes the fish don’t bite. Sometimes a trolling trip is a nice boat ride. And sometimes the customer has no complaints but says says “Take us back, we want to go drink on the beach but the boat ride was fun.” Captain Mat was just about to take you out to the pass to see if he could get a bite on the other side and a 3 hr is a troll in the bay only trip, as per description. We did that same trip earlier that morning and caught several Spanish in the bay. I will be happy to offer you some sort of restitution if you contact me directly. - Sam.

This trip was not worth the money. Boat showed up 30 mins late, no crew introductions, neither appeared they wanted to be there, just a money grab. First time experience for my boys and the crew was not engaging at all. They trolled the same spots, using the same bait, and we did not have a bite for nearly 3 hours. We did catch 6 fish but definitely not the first time experience I would have liked and paid for. Book at your own risk.
Went out on a 6 hour trip with short fuse . And we didn’t catch a fish. Now this was the 2nd weekend of snapper season. Captain just couldn’t find any fish. So in short, I would not recommend this charter to anyone.

All I can say is how sorry I am that your experience was not up to par. I’ve spoken to Captain Jamey and his standpoint is he had you on fish all day and that your crew couldn’t catch them. I don’t know what’s right and I don’t know what’s wrong but I do know that I don’t like for our customers to be unhappy. I will reach out to you directly to try to fix this situation. We appreciate you booking with us to begin with and definitely want to make things right because you’re a great bunch of guys.
