My sons and I had an unforgettable experience fishing with the charter boat, King of Kings. From the moment we booked our trip a week in advance to the moment we stepped off the boat with our day’s catch, Captain Jayson and his crew, Juan and Aiden, exceeded our expectations in every way.

Captain Jayson’s expertise and knowledge of the best fishing spots off the coast of Destin ensured we caught all the fish we wanted. Juan’s exceptional guidance on fishing in the deep waters, over 100 feet, meant my sons and I were reeling in fish in no time. Although we didn’t keep an exact count, we estimate we caught around fifty fish, including vermillion snapper and triggerfish, with a few other varieties mixed in. The thrill of reeling in a grouper, even though it was out of season and had to be released, was a highlight of the trip.

The five-hour trip flew by, and by the end, we were happily exhausted from a day full of fun and successful fishing. If you’re planning a visit to Destin and want to experience fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, I highly recommend King of Kings. Captain Jayson and his crew will ensure you have a fantastic time and make great memories on the water.

Both the captain and the first mate were great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Had great conversation while the whole time the captain was always looking for the next best spot to catch fish .  It was my wife 2 kids and 6 yold grandson. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Afterwards the first mate cleaned all of our fish and we brought them up to the restaurant attached to the parking lot and had a great meal of our fresh catch. I highly recommend!
