It was our first time fishing the gulf.  There were five of us on a six hour trip—myself, two of my sons, and two brothers in-law. Reserving the trip was easy. Communication with Captain Jayson was great via text and it made things go smoothly before the trip. We were provided specific directions for finding the boat, including where to park in the crowded lot. We boarded a little early and made way to the fishing grounds.  Captain Jayson and his deckhand Juan were very professional, personable, and friendly from the beginning. Captain Jayson worked hard all day to put us in the fish while Juan worked tirelessly to make sure our lines stayed baited in the water. We appreciated that and we caught fish of all kinds consistently during the day, including the coveted Red Snapper, which made for a great dinner for 15 that night!  The entire experience was fantastic and memorable and I would book King of Kings again if I make it down there to fish in the future.

An action packed 6 hours that flew by too fast! Had 3 teenage boys and 3 moms. Captain Jayson always had us on the fish. Juan, the deckhand was awesome too! Always dropping more fishing lines in the water while we waited for the shark to bite. This was our first time fishing in Florida but have been fishing for the past decade all over the Carribean and Mexico - Destin is now one of our fav fishing destinations thanks to Captain Jayson and Juan! The boys caught so many fish : mackerel, bonito, red snapper, trigger fish, amberjacks, a reef shark and a dusky shark. Will book with them again! Thanks for a great day guys!

We highly recommend this charter. Jayson was in control of the boat the entire time and our safety and comfort were never in doubt.  He got us on the fish after a little ride. A lot of Trigger Fish early we couldn’t keep but then took advantage of some Mahi Mahi in the area and a few Red Snapper w one that was big enough to keep. Decided to try for a shark and that didn’t disappoint. A 250 lb Bull Shark put up a fight but we had fun bringing it to the boat. A nice sized Cobia that was around the shark was a perfect end of the trip.
The deckhand Juan was a lot of fun as well.  He was able to quickly get a line out for the Cobia while Jayson was dealing with the shark and was quite entertaining throughout the trip.

It was my husband first time deep sea fishing. It was a great experience for him and his friends. He is bragging and showing pictures from the trip. The crew explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Looking for another fishing trip soon with them. I highly recommend.
