Wholly Spanish Mackerel!!

Half Day Trip – Inshore fishing am6 adults

This was a Father's Day trip for my Dad, my son, and other men in my family. We all loved it. This boat was clean and well-maintained. The Captain and crew took care of everything. It didn't take long before we were on the fish. When the biting slowed, the mate checked the lines and changed bait if needed. There were other boats in the same area as us, but they weren't catching, we were. We had about four get off the lines, but it was OK. Had we landed them, we would have been at the limit. That's how good Captain Bob kept us on the mackerel. After the trip they cleaned them all and bagged the up. All we had to do was take em home and cooked em. I can't wait to go back on The Catherine C.

    Core Family Memory in a 2hr trip!

    2 hr inshore fishing • 4 adults • 2 children

    Fantastic evening on the water with Captain Bob and E! Family of 4 from WV, taking our two boys (11 & 9) out on the water for their first time. We instantly started catching Bluefish trolling out into the water and while the Mackrel were evading everyone tonight, our team made sure our boys made an everlasting memory for their first trip by hooking into a Sand Tiger shark! We also caught a couple Toadfish randomly as well! The sights were abundant as the captain put us right by swimming dolphins. We also saw some rays swimming about. Our experience was truly top notch and enjoyable. We would highly recommend letting Captain Bob and Catherine C Charters take care of your fishing needs for your next trip. We are already looking forward to our next family trip with them! Thanks again Captain Bob & E!!

    Great All Around Charter!

    We signed up on an unseasonably chilly, overcast & rainy spring day so the fish weren’t biting. But Bob and his crewmate worked hard to find us a spot where the fish would cooperate but without any luck. We chose this charter for the good ratings & great things people had to say about Bob - and we’re glad we did! Bob was welcoming from the moment we arrived & apologized when the fish & the weather didn’t cooperate. Mother Nature had other plans. But we will be back! Probably a little closer to summer next time. I was in the area visiting my son who works for the Local 10 Union. We are from Michigan, so we were happy to be out on the water & just glad it wasn’t snowing! We still highly recommend Bob & this charter, no question 👍

    Best Fishing Trip Ever!

    My buddy and I took a day to plan a charter and we couldn't have been happier. We started catching fish right away. c 30 nice size Spanish Makerels (which was the limit) plus the catch of the day a 43" Cobia! Captain Bob and his First Mate were amazing as well. Very friendly, attentive, and literally made our trip effortless. We will definitely come back and book with Catherine C Charters again!!!

    It was a great day on the water, captain took us to a new spot after having a slow start to the week. We started catching quickly, after putting several Spanish Mackeral in the cooler, captain was determined to take us out and catch a big one. We got to experience it all. Catching a big one, reeling fish after fish in the boat and even caught a couple species that I had never seen. it was an amazing day spent with a knowledgeable captain and a first mate who hustled so hard to help us catch all the fish we could! definately recommend!
