Last minute idea to go fishing while staying at Clear Lake, Iowa. It was a grat way to spend time with my 13yr old daughter outside a sports field. Found Joe, booked a trip and went ripping lips. We did a morning fish and caught close to 80 fish between the two of us. She caught 50 herself. If your in the area look Joe up you wont be disappointed.

Great time with Captain Joe on Clear Lake. caught 25+ fish, including a big walleye and a MONSTER flathead! Highly recomomenf and cant wait to get back to Iowa. High quality equipment, great fo solo anglers or families. Book in advance, he’ll probably be booked.
Run and gun for yellow and white bass. even caught a few walleye, crappie and perch. lots of fish, great conversations and stories. Great way to spend the day.

Joe was helpful and accommodating getting our 16year old on fish. Very knowledgeable, great equipment and caught a lot of fish! Would recommend Joe to anyone!
