The boat, the captain and the crew is very nice and professional. We got 7 tunas in the trolling and a lot of small puffers and other fish during the bottom fishing. I can really recommend a trip with Yate Sofia. Thanks again Erik
We went out 2 guys with 2 other very nice anglers from holland, before the trip we talked about that if we would catch one fish each we would be happy. 10 minues from the harbor we got a malin bite, the excitement in the grew showed us that they relly cared about the trip unfortunately it didn't get hooked🥲. but it "didn't matter" bacuse we ended up catching 4 mahi mahi (one each person) and to our big surprise er catch approximately 4-5 bonito EACH! We had a wahoo shred one of the bonito to pieces and saw it swim 2 meters from the boat, we saw a sea turtle, loads of whales and dolphins. every second of the trip we felt like we were in good and experienced hands and the crew where very helpfull. we caught +20 fish doing trolling and chose to keep trolling instead of bottom fishing and no regrets in that decision. It is important to remember that it is called fishing NOT CATCHING there are no guarantees but the crew will make sure to reach the best outcome possible! 10 OUT OF 10 EXPERIENCE, DEFENTLY NOT THE LAST TIME ON THE BOAT
A great day out with an amazing crew and lots of fish! You can feel straight away, that the crew are very professional and passionate about fishing. We got straight to the action, and landed 10 Bonito Tunas on the boat, within the first hour. After that we went to deeper grounds, hoping for a Blue Marlin, which unfortunately didn’t show up today. The last hour, we went to more shallow waters, to see what was hiding at the bottom. This also turned out quite fun, with loads of smaller species like puffers, triggers, flounders and much more willing to bite. All in all an amazing 4-hour trip, that I’m hoping to be able to try again another time. Big recommendation!!!
Had a really great time! It was almost a combination of a sightseeing tour, a dolphin tour, a whale tour, a turtle tour and a fishing excursion, all in one. No keepers hopped on our hooks but a few little pretties & a big triggerfish did. The crew was very nice & even though we spoke English only, communication went smoothly because Rapha (sp?) Spoke really good English. He not only did all the leg work, he also got us drinks & sandwiches! Great trip & worth the money just for the views of the island!
Una experiencia para repetir sin duda. A mi hijo y a mí, nos gusta la pesca, y queríamos exerimentar pescar en barco a ver si podíamos coger alguna captura buena fuera de orilla. Sin duda mi hijo tuvo la suerte de coger dos bonitos de unos 3 kg tirando a 4kg. En el barco te dan un bocadillo con refresco o cerveza, la tripulacion fueron muy agradables, muy buena gente. Fue una bonita experiencia que recomiendo si te gusta la pesca.
we catch alot of fish today! we lost a marlin in the first hour we where fishing! catch 12 tuna and some mahi mahi! great day with a great crew!
