Great morning of family fishing!

3 Hour Trip3 adults1 child

Had a wonderful morning with Captain Atkinson at Quail Hollow. Departure dock was easy to find and park bathrooms were open at 7:30AM. We left promptly at 8AM and went out trolling for trout on weighted line, spoons, and even a handline! Captain had three trolling combos and one handline going at all times. He showed our teenage son how to retrieve and lay out the line and our son loved to release the trout. Captain also shared observations about the birds (Grebe, Loon, Seagulls sighted) and also about the Peregrine Falcons over snacks of berries and jerky. We caught and released 14 nice trout and probably lost 6 more as we lost them on the retrieve. Highly recommended morning! I’m an advanced fisher and my son and husband are occasional. We all caught and released fish!

    44 Years Married- Celebration catching trout with Skipper Damon

    3 Hour Trip • 2 adults

    The 2 of us landed 17 trout, lost 5, released 12, filleted 8. We could not have done it without our skipper. An amazing pontoon with all the bells and whistles to go with Damon’s years of experience. Our fishing trip with Damon made our anniversary all more special. Africa is calling you Damon.     Great Captain great trip!

    we visited Zion National Park and scheduled this fishing trip with Damon. He is very helpful, patient and beyond a great captain. we spent approxiamtely 4hr on the lake and caught 13 fishes which is over his average. definitely recommend anyone who planning a visit here should definitely give a try!

    Just what the Dr ordered. we always try to fish somewhere whne on vacation. I was surprised when i saw we were trolling but all worked out when the fish started biting. We caught a bunch of trout. Captain Damon was good enough to filet 6 for us to rake back and feed the family. Capt. Damon was a joy. we had a great morning on the water.
