  Fantastic experience for "newbie" first time saltwater fishing

  I'm prefacing this review under the context that we're from the upper Midwest and 2 of the 3 of us had never done any saltwater fishing before. So, we had a small bit of an initial learning curve and Wyatt was exceedingly patient with us newbies and explained what we're going to fishing for, how we're going to be fishing for them and how they compared against freshwater fish we knew. It's clear that Wyatt knew the waters and we weren't even 5 minutes in the boat and Wyatt spotted a estimated 33" "stud" Snook, which he quickly hooked and handed the rod off to my son. Pretty certain Wyatts still stewing about this, but the line eventually broke and the "stud" got away, but it was abundantly clear that Wyatt knew what he was doing. Wyatt is genuinely, just a good dude, and given the opportunity to come back, would definitely use his services again and thoroughly recommend anyone to consider him as your inshore fishing guide.

  Captain Wyatt knows fish!!! 🐟🙌

  My two friends and I were on a girls' getaway, and we opted to book a fishing charter last minute. It turned out to be one of the absolute best decisions we made the entire trip! Captain Wyatt was just incredible. As a 5th-generation Floridian, he truly knows these waters like the back of his hand. He’s an absolute master at pivoting on a dime to find exactly where the fish are biting as well as safely navigating things if the weather gets a little iffy. Beyond his skills, he is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable right from the start. We each caught a redfish (our first ones ever!), and what a thrill that was! To top it all off, Captain Wyatt filleted the fish for us right there on the dock and pointed us toward a local restaurant that would cook up our catch. We ended up having the most amazing lunch and dinner from it. This was a true, authentic experience surrounded by the beauty of real, old Florida. If you're on the fence at all, just book it. You cannot find a better captain than Wyatt!

  A fishing trip to remember

  We went fishing for my sons 4th birthday. It was great, between him, my 9 year old, my husband and myself we caught 30+ fish! I highly recommend booking with Wyatt, he was great with my young kiddos and making sure they both got fish. My 4 year old said it was the “best day ever.” My 9 year old also has already requested to book again. It was also awesome that he preps it all and is ready to be cooked. Definitely worth the money for an experience we all will remember!

  Captain Wyatt is a gem

  3/4 Day Trip on August 19, 2026 • 2 adults

  Wyatt was very good at communication and so knowledgeable. He definitely knows the area and where all the fishing holes are. I would recommend and use him again. We caught our max of Drum Fish and several other fish before it got too hot. Our trip was supposed to start at 7 but he called and asked if we could do earlier due to the heat. He was so right. Thank you for a fun trip.

  We took our 8 and 10 boys out with Capt. Wyatt on our second charter. He was amazing, the fishing was equally as amazing. He knew the spots and how to engage with the boys and teach them. We caught snook, trout, red fish, black drum. Some nice large picture fish and some for later. Capt Wyatt was amazing and I am so glad we booked with him. We will be booking with him our next time down.
