Matt got us on fish right away. He was very friendly and worked great with my 9 and 12 year. This was the highlight of their vacation. plan on going with Matt again in the future.
We had such a great time on our 4-hour fishing trip today! My son caught his very first walleyes, and I can honestly say it made his whole summer. Our guide was awesome. My son asked him what felt like a million questions, and he answered every one of them with so much patience. You could tell he genuinely enjoys teaching people and loves being out on the water. He never made us feel rushed and was just as excited as we were every time we caught a fish. We made some great memories today, and we’re so thankful for the experience. This is our second trip with Captain Matt, and he was able to get us on fish with minutes of getting in the boat. We had excellent luck catching 3-5 pound largemouth for the length of our time on the water. We would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a day out with friends or family.
My son and I were looking for one last time together before school begins, and could not be more pleased with the time we had on our trip. Matt knew the right lake, and the right spots to put us on some really nice large mouth, a few small mouth, and my son's very first pike catch. Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, and his boat is the perfect size for an outing of two or three people.
