Half day trip with Capt Daniel

Half Day Trip – Reef (AM)3 adults

We went on a half day fishing trip with Daniel. My father and I had done a ton of fishing around Cayman and wanted something a little different. Capt. Daniel knew just what to do and we had a great time. Him and Josh were very helpful and gave up tips on how to cook up our catch!

    Best trip ever!

    Half Day Trip – Tarpon (PM) • 2 adults

    We went for Tarpon and the trip did not disappoint. Both Captain Daniel and Jerod were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my 14yo son's first time going for something as big as Tarpon was as memorable and fun as can be. I would recommend Outcast Charters to anyone looking for a charter while at Cayman. I will definitely book with them again. Added Bonus: Their boat was IMMACULATE. You can tell that they deeply care about what they do which translates over to the guests that they bring on.

    Fun Day On The Water

    Half Day Trip – Deep Sea (AM) • 4 adults

    We took a 4 hour deep sea fishing trip with Captain Daniel and his brother Jared. Both were very friendly and professional. Jared was quick getting all the lines ready while giving us some fun facts and history of the island. It was a slower day on the water but these guys worked extremely hard to put us on fish and we ended up with some good fish. We caught two barracuda, four blackfin tuna and two mahi mahi. Daniel prepared some of the tuna and mahi for us to have lunch at Tukka, which was absolutely incredible. If my family and I get back to Grand Cayman we will definitely book another trip with these guys!

    Fun Time!

    Half Day Trip – Deep Sea (AM) • 5 adults

    Captain Daniel and Mark are a couple of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and they work hard to find fish. Our group caught mostly Barracuda and Black Fin Tuna but also got one rainbow runner. Wanted to catch some Wahoo and the guys worked hard to get us on some. However sometimes they just don’t bite no matter what you do. We had a blast and when we finished the charter, we had the restaurant right where we caught the boat cook up our fish for lunch. We opted for the blackened tuna and it was delicious. So far it was the best meal I’ve had on the trip. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend checking them out.

    We didn’t catch the buggest of fish today but we did carch some keepers. Capt and crew were fantastic. Easy going and very personable guys. They made the trip enjoyable. They did their best to put us on to the fish. Also went out of the way to make sure the kids could catch some barracuda, which was excoting for them. The best part was they filleted our fish at the dock and we walked it right in to Tukka restaurant where they cooked it up for us. Overall the experience was awesome and would definitely book again.

    wahoo for dinner!!!

    Half Day Trip – Deep Sea (PM) • 4 adults

    We enjoyed our day out on the water with Captain Daniel and first mate, Mark. We caught a wahoo which was cleaned and bagged up for us to enjoy for dinner. Our catch was prepared by the chef at Tukka, which is where the boat is docked. Chef made an appetizer of ceviche, which was hands down the best ceviche I have ever had. The main couse was grilled and blackened wahoo, which was also amazing. Great time fishing and topped it off with an awesome dinner to celebrate our catch!
