August fishing trip

UPDATE: We are updating this response for our future clients to read. We have reached out to speak to this client to get a better understanding of what happened during his trip to be so unhappy. This client was upset because he said he spent over $800 for a trip that lasted only 2 hours (please note this trip was not an $800 trip). This trip went for the full 4 hours during a sunny day and there for was not cut short due to weather. He also complained that his captain did not bait his hook for him during his trip. After having a conversation with the captain, he did in fact offer multiple times but his offer was declined as this angler and his crew were fisherman themselves and wanted to handle their own bait. During the owners conversation with this client it was mentioned that the captain would not allow his family member to keep the over slot redfish that was caught during their trip. The owner explained that over slot fish were illegal and if allowed we would have been fined and lost our business license. This client did not agree with that regulation and was willing to place the blame on our business. He also mentioned that he wanted this trip to be an offshore trip and was expecting that. We do not offer offshore trips. Our services are listed on our site with all that is offered, and so this client must not have read our listing before booking. We have attached photos from this trip for your review. Judging by these photos these clients looked like they had a great time. ⚠️We went out on google to read this clients past reviews for other businesses. This client gets his kicks off trying to ruin business reputations. It’s a shame people are like this! ⚠️ ORIGINAL RESPONSE: Hi Steve. We wished that you would have called us before leaving a one star! We have no idea what happened for you to leave such a negative review and would have loved to hear from you first. We have reached out to the captain and he is just as confused as we are since you left him a tip of $150! Captain Adam will be reaching out to you to see where the problem was. Thank you for your business.
