6 Hours of Bass on Lake Erie

3/4 Day Trip - 6hrs (AM)2 adults

Captain Mark Rose did what he said he’d do. He put us on fish. Started the day with over 2 hours of consistent largemouth action. Once we had fish in the boat, we moved to another location to chase some big smallmouth on beds. Weather wasn’t conducive to sight fishing smallies on the main lake, so after a brief period, Captain Mark put us back on largemouth in another location. As we passed other boats and anglers throughout the day, we seemed to be one of the few boats pulling in bass. Between my wife and I, we landed about two dozen, with enough bites and swipes in between to account for consistent action throughout the whole trip. Will book with Captain Mark again. He took what the lake offered today. Despite preferring smallmouth fishing, he put us on largemouth to get fish in the boat instead of chasing smallmouth with little chance of success. Thanks Mark.

    Had a great afternoon on the water with Captain Jonathan. We all managed to catch some fish. Jonathan was very helpful and patient with us (and our kids). Would definitely recommend!
