Tough day on KenLake due to weather changes, seasons and prior week's tournament but Captain Scott did all in his power to put fish in the boat. Thankful for his expertise and friendliness.

Booked Scott to prefish a club bass tourney. i dont know KY/Barkley. He showed me a pattern i havent used and we caught several fish but only a couple keepers. To be fair my club tourn only had 3 boats weighin the next day! Heck of a nice guy and knows his stuff. he does crappie trips too and has spots!

Lousy weather but still caught fish

Cold front had come thru a couple days earlier but we still caught largemouth in the 2-3 # range and a decent channel cat that I had for dinner. Capt Scott is a good guy with plenty of good stories. I don't base a good day of fishing strictly on the amount of fish that are caught but heavily weigh in on what I learn. Having not fished much on KY Lake I did learn some new tricks and what to look for regarding shorelines and lake topography. I enjoyed the trip and would book again. PLUS you're getting a 6 hour trip for the price most local guides do for 4.
