We were a little late but that was our fault. Captain let us fish for an extra hour. Caught a few jack and a delicious rooster fish we ate for dinner last night. 10/10 will definitely rebook with them next time we’re in PV.
these guys were excellent. they were easy to meet at the location exactly when they said. everything was ready to go once we loaded. 20 minutes fast cruise in the bay and then a day of trolling. we each caught a really nice big fish, bonito, skip jack, jack creville. communication was easy in English. the fish weren't biting early and these two were generous enough to keep trying until we were catching. I would recommend to anyone and these guys deserve more than 330 for 4 hours so hook them up with a tip yeah.

Fantastic father and son crew, plenty of knowledge! We really had a blast. Caught 2 jack crevally fish and a needle fish. A few other fishing charters in the area but we were the only ones reeling them in. Very fun and a great experience. Thank you guys!

The team is very professional. Communication was clear. They were very responsive to our questions and requests. Crew worked hard and, despite slow few hours, they were able to locate a school of mahimahi as well as a shark, that was the first for me and my son. The atmosphere was friendly, the boat has everything you need. Thank you, we will book Chimar again, when we are back to Puerto Vallarta.

What a wonderful adventure! I booked a 6 hour am charter with these guys last minute. Before our fishing date, i had a few questions. Our captain answered all questions in a very timely manner. Upon arrival, I could tell that we were in for a good time. Our captain and his son are multi generational fisherman local to the area with a wealth of knowledge. Our captain explained that the fish were out about 30 minutes away from Port and that we would be trolling once we got to the area. Within 10 minutes of fishing we were hooked up! While trolling we caught 10 large Jack Crevalle in just a few hours. You could instantly tell that these two fisherman knew exactly what they were doing. When nearing the end of our trip, our captain noticed flocks of birds diving and instantly knew that the skipjack tuna were biting. So we chased after the schools casting poppers and ended up catching 5 of them as well! The captain and his son are very accommodating (i had 2 pre-teen boys that asked a ton of questions) and they were not only patient, but very insightful! I'm already planning my next trip to Puerto Vallarta, and will absolutely be looking these guys up again! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
