Captain Jerry Butler and his mate provided us with a great day out on the ocean. Caught sea bass, vermilion snapper and a lane (sp) snapper that we kept but also red snapper and grouper that unfortunately we couldn’t keep. He even got us on a sandbar shark that was a workout to get it boat side. Can’t wait till next time!
Capt. Jerry and his first mate were excellent. Very knowledgeable about the area, the available fish and how to catch them. Everything was very efficient, the boat was comfortable and relaxed for our group. Loved every moment.
The Phillips Boys had a blast reeling in king fish and some mackerel and then ate their catches at Conch House right after. The crew was perfect with the boys, teaching them and being kind instead of salty as some have been in the past. I can't recomment the Knot Tied Down experience more. Had booked an offshore trolling charter and as the trip got closer, he recommended switching the charter to bottom fishing due to trolling season was very slow now. Put us ona variety of bottom fish. First mate was top notch. will be booking for trolling next year but earlier in the season. Boat is well designed and comfortable.
The Captain put us on fish. Jake, the First Mate, was attentive and accommodating. I will not hesitate to fish with them again.
God smiled down and gave us a perfect day to fish offshore. Captain Jerry and his mate Jake worked hard to put us on the fish…. and boy did we catch them. Both my son and I have sore arms today! I would highly recommend Knot Tied Down and will certainly be back next season.🎣
