I’d been looking forward to this fishing trip so much during my 2 weeks in the US and it certainly did not disappoint! Danny knew some great spots to fish, starting out catching cod to use as bait (which was a fish id have been happy to catch anyway!) He was really knowledgable and was moving around if the bites stopped coming to areas where they started again! I ended the trip with 9 catfish in total, one being a flathead that was really cool. I’d highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to experience a proper day of fishing on the great Mississippi river, a bucket list item ticked off!

Fishing the Mississippi River was an incredible experience, made even better by a first-class guide. From the start, it was clear we were in expert hands—knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the sport. The fishing was exciting and consistent, with great instruction. The equipment was top-notch, and the entire trip was smooth and well-organized. Overall, it was a memorable day on the water and an experience I highly recommend.

We had a great day with Cpt. Danny! Overcast was perfect for catfishing! I was worried that it would be too warm for good fishing in August- but I was proved wrong! 6 on the bigger side- right away! the others came a bit slower- but overall super successful trip!
