Great time on the water with Captain James. Bite was slow but he did his best to put us on some fish and we ended the day strong. Definitely coming back for another trip.
Captain jim was equipped, prepared and knowledgeable. Was very gracious with us beginners. And flexible with the shedule due to the weather. We achieved the goal of cathcing our limit of stripers as well as plenty of spots, perch, trout and several surprise pufferfish. We had a great time! Thanks Captain Jim!
As native Marylanders who now live out of state, we appreciate the opportunities to be out on the Bay. This looked like a great way to spend some vacation time. There were six of us in the party, including two very reluctant teenage daughters. Initially they said they didn't want to fish but Jim and Jay made the day so much fun that, by the end, they were are top two finishers for catching the most fish. We loved spending the first hour or so looking for the spot fish - everyone was successful and really got into the excitement. Then we moved across the Bay and really started going after the rockfish. We really enjoyed our time with Jim and Jay and can't wait to book with them the next trip home!
Jim was a great Capt and we learned a lot during our trip! We didn’t catch as much as we’d hoped, but it wasn’t due to a lack of effort by our Capt. He tried to get us in the right spots, but the fish just weren’t there. Definitely would do again!
