  Truly a memorable trip!

  Two things made this trip memorable. First, Captain Myles Murray demonstrated why he is the professional of professional guides on Lake Guntersville. While he does have fish finder sonar on his boat, more importantly he knows how to reads the water and constantly led us to the fish over multiple locations. He knows what artificial bait to use and how to work the rod. He imparted that knowledge to us and helped us to catch many bass thus making us much better fishermen. We caught many more bass than I imagined we would for a mid-September trip. Second, his personality made both my grandson and I feel that we were fishing with a very close friend. What a great and welcoming personality! He is the kind of friend that you would call up to go fishing knowing that no matter what happened on the trip, you would still have a great fishing trip. When I return to Lake Guntersville, Captain Murray is the only guide I would use to take me on another guided fishing trip on that great lake!

  Had an awesome day bass fishing! The guide was super knowledgeable, easygoing, and really focused on making sure we had a great time. He knew exactly where to find the fish and kept adjusting to the conditions so we stayed on them. We caught a ton of bass, and I also picked up some great tips on techniques, lure selection, and how the fish were holding in the water. The boat and gear were great, and the whole trip was relaxed, fun, and well organized. If you’re looking for a bass fishing guide who knows their stuff and will work hard to put you on fish, I definitely recommend this guide service. I’ll be booking another trip for sure!

  Superb. Myles is a Master.

  Myles is a master. He was superb with my 11 year old son and I, both relatively inexperienced and first time on a guided bass fishing trip. He knows the spots, his boat and gear are in great shape, and he was professional, courteous, and friendly. We had a great time. Oh…and the fishing…it was plenty good for the afternoon…14 bass in 4 hours, up to 4 lbs. We’ll go back. Don’t hesitate, worth it 100%.

  Fantastic Experience Despite Challenging Conditions

  I booked a trip with Myles a few weeks ago and am finally getting around to sharing my experience. Myles did a fantastic job keeping us on the fish all day. Despite some challenging winds, he navigated us to several sheltered spots where we could keep casting comfortably. Most impressively, someone in our group caught something at every single location we visited. Highly recommend!

  Myles was a great guide - weather caused us to reschedule and he made it a priority to get us on the water - he was very knowledgeable and put us on a lot of fish. It truly was a great trip. I highly recommend Myles Murray for anyone who wants to catch fish!
