Half Day Trip – Bay Fishing (AM)2 adults

Captain mitch made us feel very comfortable and allowed us to fish the way that made us comfortable. He knew where the fish are and knew what they wanted to eat. When the spot got a little cold for 5 minutes he was ready to show us the next spot. We booked a half day charter and he blocked of the afternoon and allowed us to fish as long as we was willing. We cought a lot and many different species and limited out of speckled sea trout with one being 21inches. Thank you Captain Mitch and I will see you in about 2 months to fish again.

    Good, down home experience.

    Mitchell is a local who has lived and fished here for 50+years and knows the waters and fish locations. We hooked and caught many different fish in different locations. He has different hook ups and baits for different situations and species. A real local experience. You’ll catch some. We caught dinner.

    Early spring trip on the Bay

    Mitch is a local that knows the water and wants you to enjoy your time in the Bay. He communicated to us the details and will even meet on the Cape if you are staying there. He is a great angler for those that want to get out and get fishing on the Bay with no hassle. I wanted to get my two girls on the water and we caught fish and enjoyed our time. We recommend Mitch and his expertise with fishing this area.

    Mitch is extremely friendly and definitely knows the area. He took us to several different locations to catch multiple different types of fish, made sure we caught our limit & even cleaned them at the end (gave some great cooking suggestions too). We had a fantastic time and will 100% use him in the future when coming back to the Cape. Definitely the best part of our trip to Port St Joe.

    Awesome trip on the water! Caught 12 or more Reds today one was 28.5” the rest were around 20” Also caught a 17” flounder. Captain was very knowledgeable of the area, He grew up fishing these spots so he will get you on them if they are biting. One of my favorite booked fishing trips, We will be back fishing with mitch again!

    we had a great experience. Captain Mitch was awesome! we didnt catch a LOT of fish but caught a good share and lots of species. catfish, trout, sharks (that got off the hook) and even a few blue crabs!!
