Hoping to cast a line in Brethren? River Chasing Guide Service is here to make it happen! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Rodney can tell you all about the local fishery.
Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Brown Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and more are in the cards if you come at the right time of year.
On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Rodney also offers fly fishing.
Kids are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your boat for the day is a 18' Alweld jet boat with space for 3 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. Time to make it happen, with River Chasing Guide Service!

had a great day with capt. Rodney . great guy tons of fish. great guy helping other anglers with baits and set up and put us on alot of fish gor my girl her 1st salmon and about 20 more on top of that great day thank you Rodney.

Very sunny, and not a great day of catching fish. But great fishing.
Had a great time again fishing with captain Rodney. Learned about finding early King salmon in the river and the methods to catch them. I would recommend his charter and I will book with him again.
thank you

beautiful day and lots of fish were coming in but they were really skittish. We hooked up about 7 times but only brought in 2. However, no one on the river were catching much either. Had a good time and definitely would go again.
