    This is a fun full day trip on Sooner lake for the hybrid Saugeye. We will start early and fish late. I utilize bottom bouncing with worms and casting areas as well. I'm always open to my clients ideas too. The wildlife dept stocks this power plant heavily with Saugeye and there is an 18in minimum. Plan on catching plenty of the invasive White Perch. Sooner is a beautiful clear lake in the middle of nowhere. We always catch them on this lake.

    We had a great morning fishing. Caught a variety of fish. Joseph knew the lake and past days results so he was able to move us to fish locations. He took the time to explain fish identification and handling to my grandson and created some memories I'm sure he won't forget.

    fantastic weekend

    I had a free weekend while visiting Mayo made better by two days fishing with Mark. Thoroughly enjoyed 2 days on lake pepin and the mississippi. caught seven different species plus a 27” walleye.
