One of the best things about the beautiful waters of Fort Lauderdale is that you don’t have to travel too far out to enjoy rod-bending action! Capt. Taco will take you trolling the reef for Kingfish and Bonito or offshore for something bigger. Cast with spinner rods for schools of Mahi Mahi, target Wahoo, Tuna, and occasional Blue Marlin.
Or get the most out of your South Florida trip and get your hands on Swordfish. Head up to 20 miles out, rig bait, and get ready for an adrenaline rush.
Capt. Taco will take you out aboard the ‘Hooked Up.’ With 41’ of excellence, she comes powered by two 450 HP Avico engines. Inside and outside, six anglers will find ample of space and can have a seat wherever they like.
Once the Hooked Up sets out, a reliable set of navigational electronics will guide you, homing in on the hottest grounds. You will be using International reels ranging from 20 to 80 lb and custom rods, built by Capt. Taco.
The action will take place outside the cockpit. There are 4 fighting chairs for those who are up to a challenge. All aboard!
The trips aboard the Hooked Up are all-inclusive. You only need to bring your own food and drinks.
